"Staff were friendly. Extremely clean. The problem was the people stomping around upstairs all night and the baby screaming down the hall into the morning and being booked by the storage door for housekeeping. I had zero sleep and was told management would contact me. I did not receive a call. Eggs were not refreshed so they were almost gone and very dry. Luckily they had other decent options. Usually every time is excellent but this was a miss."

"I stayed during a snow storm and the staff was just amazing. They had to stay of course but still were friendly and kind. My only downsides are no microwave in the room, you have to walk to the lobby. Then the shower was so slippery with no mat. I cant rate the staff high enough!"
