"The breakfast is fantastic The pillows are quite hard which made the bed uncomfortable and I still have a sore neck If you’re someone who likes to have a bath - there was one in my bathroom and it was a proper size - having the soap / shampoo etc on the wall at a height for showing makes bathing really awkward to actually wash. Since they’re fixed to the wall and almost impossible to remove it’s annoying. "

"The decor was plush a little old world that just added to the ambience of the stay. The staff very helpful and the restaurant serves excellent food. Easy walk from train station. Also a good gym I recommend a stay in Parma and if you do visit this hotel is a must"

The room was in a separate building (which was advertised) and it took us almost an hour from the moment we came to reception until we got to the room, including figuring out our way around the parking, and getting luggage to the room. "I rented a 4 room apt at this location and was completely satisfied. Very clean except the shower had some mold.Kitchen had dishes and utensles for 4 people,including a cheese grater and corkscrew. I had a king size bed and also a foldout sofa in the dining/living room. very quiet street in the center of town.
