"The hotel is quite basic and the lift does not work. The other residents were a bit noisy but for £25 a night it was fine. Good shower and decent TV and a comfy bed."

"Beautiful hotel, modern decor, and a comfortable bed. Room was extremely spacious. Felt as though it was missing a sofa or chair as the light was shining on an empty space. TV had sky sports which I was very happy about when we got the back the room and the boxing was on. The lady at the reception when we arrived recommended a nice place local to go eat because when asked if we wanted breakfast, we said no as we are late risers. This was fantastic non-biased customer service "

"The location was convenient and the property is new. Apart from our first check-in, all the check-in staff and receptionists were friendly and very helpful. There were 2 bottles of water on arrival, but they were not replaced after the first day. The laundry bag and sheet were also not replaced. As one of the more expensive hotels, I would have expected a bit more. "

"The closeness to the airport is very good. The transport from the hotel is good but coming back it is difficult to reach and get cabs. I wish they at least had some Indian or more vegetarian dishes in their menu and their kitchen only operated limited time in the day."
