. This time the room wasn't quite as up to par as usual. I accidentally requested a two-queen instead of a king...my mistake. But the shower drain stopper was broken so we couldn't adjust it and had to remove it. Also, the window shade chain clip was broken so it wouldn't hold the shade part way...it dropped down HARD whether you wanted it to or not. The Greener Stay benefit of extra points is nice! This hotel is still better than the Hampton down...
