"The staff were so friendly and helpful. I twisted my ankle during my trip and they went above and beyond to help me maneuver. Chris and the rest of the concierge staff at the front desk even called CVS and reserved a pair of crutches for me. Housekeeping also took great care of me. And as for the hotel itself, I loved the beautiful art deco style with a modern twist. I wish the restaurant had been open and it had some kind of live music but all in all, Bijou stays true to the boutique hotel experience. I was there for a conference nearby and I would definitely come back. "
