"This is my second time here and it’s been great both times. The property is well kept and safe. All the staff in the hallways and on property greet you. The location is hard to beat and the parking is easy with in and out privileges. It has a nice historic charm without being dingy and gross. I highly recommend! "

"The staff were all unbelievably kind, on another level. I worked at Disney and know a think or two about good guest service, but these folks felt genuine. Dan at the door helped us with everything we needed. We didn’t look like the other clientele. We were scrappy little punk emos taking up space in a refined lobby and they still treated us with the upmost kindness and respect. We wanted an early check in and it wasn’t available. As soon as they could they got us in 30 minutes before check in and upgraded our view for our patience. I will be staying here again no questions asked."
