"Both girls at the front desk at check in and Check out were very nice and helpful. We appreciated the water bottles at check in as well. We were a little Confused as to why we needed to use our key card to operate the lights in the room. There was also long , Black curly hair in the shower from someone before us. "I celebrated bringing in the new year with my Fiancee' and the room was amazing. It's a relaxing environment and the BED was HEAVEN! This is a great hotel for a staycation or getaway from the family. There are great restaurants in the surrounding area. Highly recommended. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would stay here again. The location is perfect. Easy walk from Union Station. Great having a Whole Foods next-door. Lots of restaurants and very walkable area. A lot of reviews are negative and I'm not sure why… They mention issues with technology and honestly, everything was great for us.
