"Good hotel in a central location. Nicely themed to the 1920’s. The lack of parking facilities means a walk to the nearest parking if travelling by car. The most disappointing part of our stay was the service at breakfast. Part buffet style but lots of items not available and had to ask for basics to be replenished - orange juice, milk, bread, and no tomato ketchup both mornings!! How difficult is it to get ketchup??? "We arrived in the dark after a trip to Rosemoor Glow and there was very little signposting that we could see to reception and then to our room when we eventually hit checked in. Meal in the restaurant was excellent although service if drinks was slow and mains came literally as soon as last mouthful of starter taken and plates hadn’t been cleared. Lovely peaceful sleep and to wake up the next morning to see the place in dayslight was beautiful. Breakfast was average - service good . Went to use...
