"Fantastic views to the river from our room. The bed was comfortable but there were no chairs to sit on only a tiny stool to sit on. The room has small kitchenette but no utensils, no dishes and nothing else. My elderly mother was with me. She spent lots of time on the bed. The room came with two pillows so I asked two extra pillows for my elderly mother so she can seat more comfortably against the headboard. I was a little surprised they changed me $10.00 for two extra pillows . Not a nice...

"The front desk was extremely helpful when I lost an item in the hotel laundry service—so grateful they got it back for me! The check-in time (afternoon and evening) manager speaks English which was much appreciated. Excellent amenities and daily housekeeping. If you stay in downtown Ulsan, this is the place to stay!"

"I ve heard a lot of this hotels and stayed a night for the first time and immediately noticed that it s a franchise from Japan, you can literally feel yourself in japanese style which is great, everything like small but you can find everything you need, they have breakfast included which is another great thing to stay here. I think i will stay in this chain in the future because they have some hotels in major cities 👍"

Property is in a great location for Ulsan- we were easily able to get to Ulsan Stadium for a match as well as to Ilsan Beach within 20mins. "No parking space even if they said parking available. Find your parking by urself. Rude staff. First they will give you the worst condition room, if you are shy/adjustable then you wont complain.
