We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. "Ich hatte das Hotel über Expedia gebucht, wo angegeben war, dass man vorab einen Zugangscode erhält – leider kam keinerlei Nachricht. Vor Ort hing lediglich ein Zettel mit einem Schlüssel, kein persönlicher Empfang, keine Erklärung, nichts.
Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts (vier Übernachtungen) habe ich kein einziges Mal Personal gesehen. Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, das Bett wurde nicht gemacht, keine frischen Handtücher, keine Reinigung.

"Fantastic getaway destination for a weekend stay (and more). Hotel location is great with hikes nearby and the hotel courtyard, pool and other facilities are amazing! We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming.
