"A great hotel in a amazing quirky little town. Hotel was clean and easily accessible. Pool was nice and outdoor drink service. Parking was easy, statf pleasant and polite and helpful. Only downfall is the hotel feels a bit dated. Really needs upgrading. Its a short walk upto the town. We learnt in the second day that theres actually a elevator take you upto the town. Saves you walking up the hill. "

"Great value on the tram line into the centre reception staff especially William were friendly helpful and a pleasure to deal with a bargain price with lots of authentic Spanish bars and restaurants a few meters away would not hesitate to recommend "
"This hotel was truly unique. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming, and even gave me a ride to the train station as no taxis were available.
The plunge pool was refreshing and had a lovely vista of the hotel's rustic exterior. There were also nice communal areas to rest in the shade.
The village itself is small, and is a place to slow down, have a drink in the plaza, and enjoy some authentic spanish food and wine at one of the 3 restaurants. "

Hotel is very conveniently located to visit Rioja's best bodegas. Staff are lovely and most helpful in arranging tours. Hotel has one minor deficiency in a curiously noisy plumbing system."

Everything needed is provided although we didn't have information for extra bedding for the sofa bed. Not a major issue and we did get help quickly. Not the most comfortable seating if you spend a long time in the apartment, we didn't as we did a lot of day trips. We cooked a few times and had everything we needed.
