"Excellent service, and communication.We asked for transportation for our late flight into UB and were promptly serviced with a friendly driver from the hotel who was waiting for us. Very friendly and professional staff, always ready to assist and provide info on places. The spa is great with a wonderful masseuse and we used it twice, would have used it more if we had time, great price and service.

"Our room was huge! We were upgraded to a suite so we had more than ample room to stretch out. Bed was comfy and bathroom well-appointed (no skimping on the marble, that's for sure.) However, although they've made efforts to keep things up, the carpet was in pretty sad condition to the point I felt reluctant to put anything clean on the floor.
