"A very nice option to stay in Ulanbataar and probably one of the best 3-star hotels I ever stayed in. Clean, very nice rooms, nice gym. Breakfasts were very repetitive, but good for a 3-star hotel. The only problem with this hotel (and not really the hotel's fault) is its location. Due to the very heavy traffic in the city it takes a long time to reach the center of the city and there's not much to do in the vicinity of the hotel. "

"Convenient location, clean and spacious room, restaurant on site. Around 8 stairs to climb up to the entrance, with a rather steep ramp for luggage. The staff rushed out to help with that. My only complaints are that when we arrived at 4 p.m., our room still wasn't ready for check-in, and when we were finally able to check in about an hour later, they'd only equipped it with enough towels for one person, not two. A minor inconvenience; I'd still stay here again. "

"The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the inside is a different story. The furnishings were in need of repairs and or replacement. The sheets had stains and rips in them. The cups had crud in them. The bath tub plug didn't work. There was hair in the tub. There was hair on the bath towel. The hotel holds some events and the music can be so loud that it made my rooms window vibrate and it also made it difficult to sleep. After my third request to turn down the music, which was at almost...
