"I was very pleased with my stay her at Charo's. They offer free breakfast with your stay here. The Wi-Fi works good and the place is very quiet. There's a laundry mat place that can wash your cloths near by if your needing this kind of service. I enjoyed my stay here and plan on staying again when return."

"The Pebbles Resort was beautiful with the staff being readily available to assist in any way. It was farther from where we wanted to be and you only have the one restaurant on site unless you are willing to travel to eat. They do not take credit cards so have cash. "I booked at Golden Gates years back, it went great! I recently booked again at GG because of my previous experience with them. Golden Gates again was a great experience. Staff were very nice and professional. My flight was rebooked and I needed to stay an extra night, the transition was very fast and easy. Stores are nearby to purchase any necessities. If I’m ever in Dumaguete again, I’ll be staying at Golden Gates without hesitation. "

"This is my favorite place to stay in Dumaguete. Staff go the extra mile to accommodate guests' needs; rooms are comfortable; complimentary breakfast is excellent; location is close to downtown. The two most significant 'negatives' are: location next to several schools results in heavy traffic, especially between 3-6 PM. Also, water pressure in rooms is somewhat weak and water temperature lukewarm."
