I love it here. Ive stayed here twice for long periods of time and the experience has been consistentlu great. The staff are so kind, professional, and hospitable and the dinning and amenities are awesome. I would defintity recommend this

I like the hotel but the shower heater doesnt work so well and the ac remote control is not working properly too. Its super cold but we cant adjust as it doesnt work well. The shower water pressure is just too low. But overall,their staff and service was very amazing,friendly and approachable.

Well, the Philippines as you know has a lot of old buildings and that really didn’t bother me so much but I can’t say it was excellent. The surroundings, but it wasn’t horrible either what I did like is I could walk to the gym and I could take a tricycle to the mall or any restaurant and it was only about a dollar or two dollars. I did have a rental truck but I did not like to drive it at night time because it had the sun protector and the windshield so I could not see at night very well to drive so I’d rather take a tricycle I will probably stay there again when I come back in February I want to move there And stay there for maybe another month while I look for a permanent place to move. My fiancé is there In Dumaguete and she really enjoyed the hotel and we had her two sisters and the baby who is 12 months old and we all had a great time. Also the free breakfast was nice and also the girls would wanna order lunch and sometimes dinner and the prices were very, very reasonable and the food was very very good. Now I’m a foreigner from the United States, and I liked a lot of the food that was sent up even though it was new to me.

Staff was courteous, and housekeeping service were courteous. Guests can be very loud at night, but that's not the fault of the hotel. However, I couldn't believe that they wanted 350.00 pesos from me for arriving 3 hours early even though there was a room available. I twas outrageous. I travel a lot to many parts in the world and not a single hotel had charge me extra for checking in early.

I liked it’s proximity to the mall. Nice little 10 minute walk. The included breakfast was amazing! Staff treated me like an honorable guest. Very friendly. My four nights went by far too quickly.

Property is quite old and units interior are old school and not so well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing which is of my concern is that my daughter had some bites on her legs and i suspected that its bed bugs. This should be look upon that it might be a cause serious illnesses to their guests.
