I came to palm springs from san diego for the weekend ended up driviving a little too far me my husband and 5 children booked a 2 queen bed room when i arrived they only had a room with 2 double beds it was 7 of us sleeping on 2 double mattresses that room came up to 88$ i paid $127.56 for my room online staff did not even try to help with refund or fixing price but it was late children were tired next room would have been an hour back the other way that had vacancies wasnt familiar with area either

A dump! Run down filth ! Gym, pool and jacuzzi closed, they don't disclose it. Looks like motel is never maintained. Filth ! Staff was friendly , looks like they get taken advantage of too. Breakfast is also disgusting, but ladies friendly , I tipped them , not their fault owner is cheap! I'll never stay at a Best Western because of this , should be 1/2 star.

Staff was very accommodating, considering how late I arrived. All the staff was super friendly. I was downstairs, I could easily hear the upstair neighbors thumping around and everyone's water pressure as neighbors turned on their showers. Breakfast was good and much appreciated. Thank you.

Besides front desk personnel, everything was so bad. I would give negative stars if I could. The bathroom was broken and moldy, curtains were ripped. The floor was so dirty that you can’t even put your feet down without getting it dirty. Outlet for hairdryer was not working. Breakfast was a joke, not even chocolate milk available for kids. Stay away from this motel.

You get what you pay for. Close to hiking/ park. Facility / rooms are very outdated. Bed was comfortable and clean. Pool area was disgusting. Hot tub was empty and nasty. The eggs were basically frozen at breakfast. Got a day pass for the Omini hot spring spa in Palm Springs an hour outside Joshua tree after staying and it was amazing and made up for everything.

We booked a room with a kitchen, but upon arrival, we found it to be in very poor condition. The kitchen was extremely outdated, covered in grease, and even had a frying pan filled with oil left in the oven. The listing claimed to include kitchen tools like knives and a cutting board, but none were provided. After asking the front desk, they supplied plastic utensils along with pots and pans, but the pots were dirty and required cleaning before use. The room itself had an unpleasant odor, reminding me of body odor, so we had to open all the windows to air it out. The carpet appeared unvacuumed for some time, and there was a small hole in the ceiling that looked like it had been cut with a knife. Additionally, the window screen was bent and looked like it had been kicked out; we put it back on as a courtesy. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially given the extra cost for the kitchen. The lack of proper supplies and poor maintenance of the room made it an unpleasant stay. We will not be returning.

I paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi bathtub, and it did not work. There was no hot water in the tub no matter how long I ran it. I advised the front desk and was told I would receive a partial credit for this, since the room cost extra for an amenity I could not use, and I was not credited anything.
