"My family of five got to stay at the Sands in the week leading up to Christmas. We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice, beautiful landscaping and very clean. Our rooms were basically little condos with separate bedroom, two baths, kitchen, living area and plenty of outdoor space. The pools and beach are super convenient. The restaurant on site was above average, and we really appreciated the staff there bringing us drinks on the beach! The town nearby is easily walkable, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options there. I had rented a car to get from the airport to town. I'm not sure if that ended up being completely necessary - probably not - but there was easy parking at the Sands. I let the Sands staff know when we were leaving that we really appreciated the friendly, super attentive staff who worked there. The guys working to set up umbrellas and beach chairs were especially helpful and honestly everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly. I honestly can't think of anything worth criticizing or complaining about! We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. And even the one day where it rained, we were still able to get some breaks in the weather to enjoy the ocean. I would not hesitate to recommend the Sands!"

"The staff was amazing from the concierge Tushae who set up all of our excusrions for us the manager DeAndra who help set up a birthday surprise for my wife. The guys who work the towel and chairs spot were great the quantity and quality of chairs were good. The pelican bay on site restaurant was awesome breakfast lunch an dinner Also filled with awesome people bartenders Herby MJ and Val server Joel all were great. Walking to other eating and shopping spots (grocery store) was about 1/2 mile good use for the free rental bikes on site. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Pools are nice. We enjoyed every bit of it. "

"The Hotel was in a great location. We had a view of the marina which was beautiful. The hotel had umbrellas to rent to take to the beach was a great option to offer guest. I would highly recommend Zenza. I would definitely stay there again in the future."

"Our stay at the Alexandra Resort was absolutely fantastic! The views are breathtaking and the food was amazing! The bed was a little more firm than I like but the room was spacious and clean. The customer service was top notch. "

"Great place. Very nice- not super fancy, but very nice. Our condo was renovated and having the space was great as was the ability to eat in if we wanted. Screened in balcony was fantastic. Food onsite was excellent. Had many different things and they were all great . Staff very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed the outdoor firepit at night and bar availability. Little grocery shop onsite was convenient. Beachfront was amazing- always had chairs available. Amazing swimming area. Never felt crowded. Was helpful to have shuttle to ocean club west, though there were a few times it didn’t come and had to be called. But they did end up coming. Pool is not “ swanky” but it was clean and nice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. "
