"A few meters from the Turia gardens in walking distance to the Metro and either less than 10-20 minutes walking to the Old Town this hotels excellent service with English speaking staff that will do their utmost most to make your stay comfortable and happy. Spacious and clean rooms make you feel at home the moment you enter."

"Staff were lovely, breakfast great. Only downside was the pool bar was not open which made it hard to get drinks or food. Should have a more casual option for food during the day other than the formal restaurant, but overall we had a wonderful stay!"

"We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped through the door. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was clean, neatly decorated and comfortable. The region around the hotel was close to Arts and Sciences center and unique architecture. Plenty of various food options including the Thai place in the aqua mall. We were surprised as most mall food is mostly chain. It was easy to get around. Breakfast buffet offered hot stuff, cold board, fruit and pastries. Would stay here again."

"The hotel is very nice. Close to restaurants and shopping that are within a ten minute walk, with even more a little further out. During my stay a power outage occurred. The hotel was equipped with a backup generator to keep power in the building minus AC. The staff is helpful and accommodating. "
