The hotel is in great condition, very clean and very nice overall. The breakfast was fantastic! The hotel is a very short walk to the center of Urgup. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The uniqueness of the property truly sets it apart and adds to its charm. However, I did notice two areas for improvement: the absence of air conditioning and the firmness of the bed, which was a bit too much for my preference. That being said, I am looking forward to returning once they have air conditioning installed, and I hope they consider adding mattress toppers for enhanced comfort. Overall, a delightful experience!"

"Krall and his son were amazing. They made us feel at home. Very cute bed and breakfast. They work so hard to make sure their guests have a good time in Cappadocia. They also help coordinate tours, transportation, balloons, etc. I recommend booking stuff with them, we did a bunch of research in town and they definitely offer the most competitive rates. Hope to be back soon!"

"We stayed at Utopia Cave in Cappadocia, and it was an incredible experience. Even before we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to assist us with every request. During our stay, we enjoyed the spa and had the chance to try their breakfast, both of which were exceptional. Initially, I thought it would just be a place to stay, but it turned out to be so much more. The hotel’s café was also a delightful spot to relax and unwind. The rooms were absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure a perfect stay. Most importantly, the staff was outstanding. Every single person we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our experience unforgettable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough—it’s a true gem in Cappadocia!"

As it sounds: Cave accommodation

"I was on a tour as a twin share and booked my own room separately. Despite email confirmation from the motel, they initially didn't have a room. Once a room was found, it was fine. I was offered a better room for the second night but declined because the first room was fine. The twin share room booked with the tour was very claustrophobic. 1.5metre doorway. No window. Tiny bathroom. Across the facility there was a big rang in room space and quality. Many of the tour group commented that the fridge didn't work, but we had found that to be a common problem throughout Turkey. The staff were friendly, approachable, obliging. Shops and restaurants nearby. Restaurant wine is very expensive, beer is quite cheap. Wine and beer from shops is very reasonably priced. If you are claustrophobic and booking here, request a big room with large bathroom and windows. Overall, a positive experience in a quirky hotel."
