"A very nice hotel which benefits from an excellent team who provide a high level of service all round. Enjoyed the large outdoor heated pool and indoor spa, the hotel also has it's own private beach area and a nearby golf course. We ate in the Chinese and Tunisian restaurants which were both excellent and good value. There was also live music every night at the bar which was very comfortable and again the service excellent. If there is any criticism, the rooms would benefit from an upgrade....

"Four seasons properties are always amazing but what sets them apart is the service which was unfortunately not up to the standard at this property. Service was slow and not attentive. However, after we pointed this out, we saw an improvement. We will be visiting again in the coming year so hopefully will see some positive change. Otherwise, the property is amazing the amenities are great and very family friendly!"

"We Loved this spot. We travel all over the world; this was right up there with the best. GREAT location in the medina, fabulous rooms that are nicer and bigger than most - Huge bathtub, great service, great breakfast. They also organized a rental car for us - we really can't say enough about how much we enjoyed it. And THEN - we ate at their restaurant down the street - and it was one of the best in the world. We are happy!"
