"I am in love with this hotel, everything was great,. the only thing I want to mention is that would be great from he stuff to tell people about the services available for each client regarding his own reservation, this way every body know well his rights and free services in the hotel"

"Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. The food is absolutely delicious and to our taste. The hotel layout is out of this world and amazing. The swimming pools are very nicely maintained and the beach too with its lounge. I have walked along the beach to look at the other hotels but Plaza Hotel remained outstandingly nicer. Our balcony overlooks the side of the pool but the sea was right in front of us and it was nice waking up to that. I liked very much so the peace and quiet and the ability to sleep without any disturbances. The reception staff were also helpful and so was the guest relation gentleman who was all ears to any concerns. I spoke to many residents and they all share the same views and many of them if not all, it was not their first time there. Although I like the change but I would definitely go back there. I think they could do more to publicise their services as this is not well reflected on the website. I am surprised that I could not see English people in that hotel but from conversations we had with some at the airport on our return, we stayed at the best hotel. "

"We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was a solid choice. We had a mix-up with our booking (our error, not the hotel’s), but Leith helped us sort it out quickly—special thanks to him! The rooms were always clean and comfortable. The hotel has a good variety of food, catering to different tastes. Plus, the staff were welcoming and always smiling, which added to the experience. They had tennis, paddle, and other activities to keep you busy, along with three pools (two outdoor—one for kids—and a heated indoor pool). There’s also a beach area where you can unwind. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it for a relaxing, activity-filled getaway."
