"I was in flat 5. Easy access, i phoned in advance to arrange entry into the apartment, i was there a little early, thankfully so was the lady who gave me the keys and showed me around the apartment. Good welcome pack was nice.. All amenities work well. The wifi code was a little tricky, as the login was incorrect, but the password was fine. The apartment has plenty of space with all rooms being seperate, not multi perpose. There a a few minor issues that could lift this property though. Parts of...

"We staid in the Holm Oak Barn, this is a very roomy place. The bedrooms are quite large and have a plenty of root to maneuver around. There’s a bathtub in one room, a standing shower in another and a handicap bathroom in the master bedroom. The beds are comfortable and pleasant to sleep in. The kitchen has all the pots & pans you would need, with plenty of utensils. The location is certainly located to a few towns and makes it easy to run out for food and groceries. "Enjoyable stay on Puzzle, attractive and comfortable, boat. Peaceful and quiet, we liked watching riverside life. Great for walks by the river and easy to walk to the town. Internet access was limited as there is no Wi-Fi, but ok for a few days stay. We hope to return in the future"

"Lovely flat, immaculate! Tea, coffee, milk, butter provided. Bus stop for centre of Cambridge 4 min walk, buses every 20 mins at peak times, but crowded. Journey time 20 mins. Electronic displays give bus ETA. "

Somewhere to hang washing would be beneficial as not every clothing item is suited for the washer dryer. Bathroom nice, but as others have commented, some amenities would be welcomed"

"Such a shame that the outside and entrance to this flat is so dirty & grubby. The pile of dumped rubbish outside was not good either. The entrance & stairway is very grubby & smells damp. Needs a good clean & paint. The flat could be lovely if did not smell damp. Also you charge £30 extra for cleaning?? We had to Hoover behind the beds as cobwebs also false nails! We had to Hoover round windows as full of cobwebs & spiders. Could not use any units in bedroom as full up with bedding &/or were...

"They wouldn't give us access to the property and refused to refund our money! You have to pay them seperately for a deposit through a link they send you with your credit card - dicey and then it wouldn't take my US card so they wouldn't let us in after we paid for the whole stay on Expedia and refused to refund our stay when I cancelled on the spot. Nothing good to say, plus the area is a dump and the apt is located above a very dirty, grungy deli - not good!"
