"Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless. "

"The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise."

Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. "First I would like to say the staff is extremely nice and helpful and they work hard to make you happy. Many meals are served and food variety is very rich. Our stay at Alisa Cruise was disappointing for two main reasons. First, the overall experience is extremely touristic and industrial. All activities they offer end up being very crowded as you do the same activities as at least another dozen boats. "Lovely experience from start to finish. All staff very friendly and welcoming. The food was of very good quality and the price of drinks reasonable. They could do with having a printed itinerary with timings as we were a bit late for dinner as we weren't sure if the meal time. They made a special effort for decorations and birthday cake for my husband. Katay and Ian accompanied our group and we're very attentive. Rooms very spacious. Everything was well organised."
