"A longer walk from the train station. The rooms were not the cleanest. We opened the curtain to let some light in but around the windows it was moldy. Thankfully I only stood one night here. "

The bathroom has separated Bath tub and powerful rain shower & extra shower head (depends on the room type), very clean. Great breakfast with varies choices of both western and Japanese food. 3rd time visit the hotel and will definitely keep coming back."

"Beautiful hotel with many amenities in the room. We booked an East wing family room for my family of three. It was very large with three twin size beds, a couch, a table with two chairs and two stools. Very clean and quiet. We stayed for seven nights so we felt very comfortable there. Staff was kind and attentive. Helped us send our bags to a different city. Two convenience stores and a Starbucks nearby. "

"Conveniently located right next to Shinjuku subway station, easy to go to anyway via subway. Direct airport shuttle to this hotel is a great plus. Tons of restaurant inside the subway and pretty high quality Breakfast with good variety. "
