"Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is walkable and our room had an amazing view of the Matterhorn, esp with the sun reflecting in the morning!"

"We were on the top floor and the last floor up does not have a lift. I was grumpy about it at first but our view of the Matterhorn was so spectacular that it was worth the inconvenience. Only complaint I have is their check in was 3pm and the reception desk wasn't staffed until the. So there was no getting in our room early but we were able to store our luggage. "
