"Amber Design Residence is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were quiet with blackout curtains - conducive to solid rest when the days are long. The coffee they make upon request was an added bonus. And the back courtyard was a nice place for respite. I hope to be in Krakow again and will definitely stay at Amber Design Residence. "

"Hotel was clean all throughout and well maintained, Breakfast was amazing what they offered everything fresh and well stocked throughout the service,room was big and spacious so was the bed located next to krakow shopping centre and 10 minutes walk in to old krakow it’s reallyy well situated "

"The property overall was excellent. The rooms were spacious and were in great condition. Highly recommend the balcony. We had a wrap around and it was great. Nice running track, bike path and field nearby where people had picnics and could get a run in. Next to the hotel are some small food trucks where you can grab some food and next to the hotel is a small convenince store with everything you need. Staff was very nice and helpful and let us check in early! Maid staff in the beginning was very good but for our last few days they didn't make the bed or replace some towels. Nothing that was that bad we couldn't handle, it was moreso an annoyance. Overall though very good stay and would recommend."
