"The overall area of the guesthouse is quite large, they have two dining areas (though only one was used) and a small manmade pond with seating area around it. Scooter rental on site is convenient to visit Cat Ba town and is a very scenic ride along the seaside. Staff is awesome. Great value for food and drinks. Quiet in evenings which we enjoyed but if you’re looking for lively night life, this might not be for you. Man made lake is not suitable for swimming as water is low and a bit stagnant. "The best hotel ive stayed in so far on my trip to vietnam. Trung the receptionist was so helpful, I wish all were as good as him. He goes the extra mile and genuine service. The hotel was spotless and my room spacious with a great view of the bay, especially sunrise in the morning rising above one of the islet peaks. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone who prefers a quieter location away from the main town and very close to the cruise boat harbour. 5 stars from me"

"Great location, nice staff, room is great for the price. Beds aren’t super soft and wifi is patchy. Overall great value. Breakfast was pretty good and fast!"

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and bright. It was lovely to wake up to the view. The staff were very kind and helpful. The ground floor cafe is a nice bonus. Close to lots of options for food, but not amongst it enough to be noisy."
