"The property managers are not good. They are not cleaning property and not changing bed sheets and not providing any clean service during our stay. They are just looking for money without providing service. Further, they want to give a bad condition property if you don’t ask."

"This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job. If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."

"PLEASE DO NOT PICK THIS PLACE. Absolutely useless. The property does not communicate with you, and the number and email provided gave no responses. I was stuck waiting iutside the the place in the middle of the night after a long flight, only to find no entrance, no sign, and 0 communication take place even when i wrote to them 2 days prior about my late entry. I had to book another hotel. Not once did the hotel respond or reach out to me for not being there, and Expedia was entirely useless as...

"The balcony on the 4th floor overlooking the surrounding area is fantastic. The place is very roomy and has nice interior design. The front gate with its locks is not the easiest to figure out, especially trying to open it at night. Overall though, it was a very pleasant stay"

"Very comfortable apartment. Internet isn't the fastest, but an overall good home base in Hanoi. This place isn't in the most touristy of areas, but is close to the train station and a short walk to the Old Quarter. "

Amazing stay

"Stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect, the staff arranged a seamless pick up and drop off at the airport for us and they were always so friendly and kind. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet which after the chaos of the streets of Hanoi is a nice relief. Breakfast was included and lots of varied options and very attentive staff again. The location was great too, around a 5 minute walk to the scenic hoan kiem lake area right in the centre. If we are ever back in Hanoi we would definitely stay again, thank you!"
