We come to Ibstock to visit our friends for their Christmas party every year and this was the first time we'd chosen to find somewhere else to stay. "Very good hotel and staff, let down by attention to detail. TV system needed the channel list updating and fixing - BBC1 was on channel 2 and named "BBC 2" and vice versa. Neither channel presented EPG information. Other channels were out-dated. No directions to restaurant/bar/breakfast - you had to know the name of the restaurant/bar to be able to find them - and "50 The Street" isn't obvious! Sent an email inviting me to check-out online, but every effort to do so was met with a error about...
