Aquarius restaurant staff is very friendly, specially Juanita. Had a problem at check out when I wanted to replace the payment from the credit card my husband had used for the reservation to my Visa debit card and my request was not accepted. Due to this problem I´ve written to the hotel, asking for this replacement

This hotel is in the middle of everything. No need to rent a car. You can walk to some great restaurants and shops. There is a lot of history nearby and the Fort at Old San Juan is only 15 minutes away on foot. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and air conditioned. Would have been nice if our room had a window, but that was no big deal. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. They held our luggage after we checked out at 11am so we could explore the area before we left at 5pm for our Cruise. You could almost walk to the pier from the hotel. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would do it again if in the area.

Room was great with a great ocean view. Staff was helpful and fun. Food at all restaurants and even the buffet was very good! We will be back!
