"La camera aveva un idromassaggio ma non funzionava. Presenza di molte zanzare, ho chiesto se c’era la possibilità di avere un repellente durante la notte ma mi è stato informato che non li avevano. Dovrebbero fare più attenzione al servizio bar. Ho chiesto di pagare la sera prima dato che sarei partito il giorno successivo molto presto e mi era stato detto che avrei trovato qualcuno il giorno dopo e invece alle 23:00 mi sono venuti a bussare in camera per fare il pagamento.
