"A good apartment in Carisolo, within walking distance to the town of Pinzolo and some 15min drive to Madonna di Campiglio/Groste skiing resort. The studio room was of sufficient size consisting of a double bed, a TV, a square dining table (for 2), a small kitchen and a bathroom. Good heating in winter, the room was very warm. There is a sauna on lower ground floor for c. 10 EUR pp but did not use this facility. Also, on the lower ground floor there is a room to leave the skis/ski boots overnight...

"To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. There is a reception office on the main floor but it does not remain open 24/7. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Although the hotel is not by the water or next to the main cafes and restaurants, I still feel that...

"This was my first solo trip to another country, but the lady at the front office made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. She let me know where to get food for me to cook, my first night she got pizza delivered for me! I am so thankful for her help and ok forward to returning and staying here in the future. "

Tappeti luridi..macchie di cibo e altro sui mobili e servizi igienici ed un divano pieno di peli e sporcizia. Insomma stare lì dentro una vera angoscia. Ho preso un morso di ragno o zecca.. Ho dovuto chiamare la guardia medica di notte. Pessima esperienza. Posso solo dire che lo staff dell 'agenzia...
