We arrived at 1pm to a locked door, waited an hour before someone came out and said that the hotel was closed and not using hotels.com anymore despite it being listed and us having correctly booked it. The location is great, slightly away from Bran town centre yet within walking distance of Bran Castle, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing and the views are breathtaking.
