"Fantastic service Good food "

"Our stay was amazing we took the grandchildren as we went to Reindeer lodge on the Saturday. The hostess left everything you might need and the horse came across to see us every day which the girls loved. There was only one fault which didn't affect our stay one of the keys to the french window didnt work and i forgot to let them know as it wasnt a problem because we just used the front door .We would definitely come back here again. "

"Lovely hotel. Warm welcome with helpful staff who even sorted my car charging for me. Off the beaten track (only 5 mins) but worth it. Great late rate. "

"Excellent food. Fabulous service from reception, bar and restaurant. Beautiful location with amazing views. Friendly hospitable staff. Plenty of parking. Room was comfortable and spacious. It’s an old building with the related issues (you’d creak a bit if you were that old!). The breakfast buffet was limited however the cooked breakfast food more than made up for this. The evening meals were outstanding. We were part of a group of 6 and none of us were disappointed with the choice or quality. "

"We were expecting a lovely country house with spa in a quiet location. We were not told that there was a wedding taking place right under our unglazed windows, the spa being a hot tub outside and the reception being a man in a tracksuit who had to be called to attend to us. Completely unprofessional. So bad we turned and walked back out. Disgraceful "
