"Pro: Staff were amazing, extremely helpful. The hotel is located in a great safe area, right around the corner to Plaza Naco, a small shopping center that is very convenient. The hotel itself is very nice. Beautiful sleek lobby. Hotel was very clean. Food at the hotel is really good.
