"Amazing and super clean boutique hotel. Everything is prefect and very comfortable. Breakfast is average quality and delicious food. The only disadvantage point might be the communication issue, hotel staff leaking of the English speaking proficiency and the artificial bird sounds at my balcony are too annoying especially during peaceful noon and night!"

"We rented one of the 2 apartments next to the 8(ish) stories building. The space was cool and useable. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bath. Very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Our only complaints can be easily addressed; 1-we were not showed which of the switches turned on the hot water, and 2-the seating in the main living/dining room consisted of only chairs. "Had an amazing stay at LIVIE. The rooms are very spacious and it was nice having a PIN code for the door and not a key card so there’s no risk locking yourself out or losing the key. "We stayed in the penthouse for 5 nights and overall, it was a very good experience. The penthouse had 2 floors, linked by a nice wooden spiral staircase. For 2 people, it was quite enjoyable. "저는 자주 다낭을 방문하는데, 이곳은 가족 여행에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있고 가장 깨끗하게 관리된 빌라인 것 같아요. 거실이 넓고, 큰 주방과 대형 냉장고가 있어서 직접 음식을 해먹기에도 편리했습니다. 세탁기와 세제, 빨래건조대가 준비되어 빨래도 할 수 있었습니다. 우리 가족은 이곳에서 휴가 동안 불편함 없이 지냈어요. 이곳은 자연 친화적인 곳이기도 해서 아침에 일찍 일어나 해변을 산책하며 일출을 보는 것이 정말 아름다웠고, 가끔 새소리도 들려서 정말 좋았습니다. 호스트는 매우 친절하고 세심하며, 빠르게 응답해 주고 궁금한 부분에 대해 자세히 설명해 주었습니다. 다음에 다낭에 온다면 또 이곳에 머무를 예정입니다 ^^"

"Everything is exactly like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The reception staff are brilliant and helped with anything we needed. They will happily organise tours for you if you would like. We stayed here 2 nights and very much enjoyed. Most places are within a mile so you can walk easily. Even after we checked out and had to wait in the lobby for our transfer they held our bags and gave us free cold water while we waited. I could not recommend enough."

"The management is not good and they are not professional. We communicated them that we are arriving around 2AM, and we reach hotel by 3AM. No one is there at reception and we called them multiple times. No one is picking and we checked in at 5AM. I never saw such kind of experience."

"This is in a more local neighbourhood but there are several bigger hotels nearby. Close to the beach and the main strip. Everything looked great from the photos but it was noisy due to the design as the pool was in the courtyard and stairs are metal. There is a massive echo like an acoustic chamber and there were families with kids so it was noisier than I expected. Otherwise the rooms were a good size and convenience store was next door.
