"We enjoyed the stay here, there are public and private outdoor onsen. It’s was really amazing as it’s snowing when having the onsen outdoor. The breakfast is nice too and there are free flow of drinks, geeen tea, orange juice and beer at the reception. "

"Stayed two nights, probably the best hotel. So convenient to dining options. Walking distance to old town and morning market. Book the deluxe room. Room was huge with 3 beds and a sofa where u can put a futon if have 4 Guest. Also have space for a table and chairs, I could eat breakfast with my family. But the best was the huge powder room, two person can do makeup side by side at same time. Then the washing machine to do laundry and the microwave oven all in your room. The onsen was super nice too. Love the open air onsen, big and beautiful. Parking for rental car was covered and spacious, glad we didn’t park at open carpark as it was snowing overnight and the next day. I will definitely stay again! "

"Very comfortable and spacious room with a big TV with streaming services built-in. Location is ideal as it’s a couple of minutes walk to the train station. The breakfast was also good. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. By far the best hotel we stayed in on our trip to Japan."
