As a lady, I didn’t like being put in a room on the first floor. Generally, it is not a best practice for safety reasons. I recommend a floor between 3 and 5. Also, there was no way to bolt lock the door, which is another safety issue.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at The Grand. It was clean, well laid out and very comfortable. Only issue we had was the microwave was a bit temperamental. I would definitely stay again though and recommend it to family and friends.

Toilet tiles damaged with sharp edges around the floor to wall height . Toilet suite has large half push button and the same with the full , these were corroded and unsanitary to touch. Kettle was corroded and needed replacement. Very noisey aircon outside on upstairs room this was banging all through the night . Pretty poor condition property. I was fooled like most by the photos on Expedia.I would say pay a bit more and get a nicer spot. Also car park options are costly $25 inside park.$15 outside of the building.
