This time we had an issue with the fridge and we had the head of housekeeping Doreeand she fixed the problem right away , She was funny, engaging She stayed in her room and talk to us for a little bit. Make us feel comfortable. they need more employees like Doreen. She made our visit fantastic. "

"The Chateau Merrimack resort and spa is a boutique style hotel. The staff, including front desk, restaurant, property manager and spa staff were all amazing and very accommodating to any requests we had during our stay. Yes, we could tell that there were some changes and updating going on during our stay, and I have to say they were all for the betterment of the property. The wine selection at Pino was great and we enjoyed a couple different Pino Noirs during our dining experience. If I had to critique one thing it would be that there were no on site options for lunch, which is something that they should think about adding. It wasn’t a big deal for us anyways, that’s what Ubereats is for, right. Overall this property is a must see. We highly recommend a stay at Chateau Marrimack."
