I ordered a room for five. I thought I was getting a couch in the room and they gave us a blow up mattress. Not the room I picked on the website!!! Front management wasn’t accommodating at all. Wasn’t impressed.

Have stayed here many times to visit family. Never had any issues but this was my first time staying on the first floor. My only complaint is the carpet in the room felt damp and dirty. Never had that on the other floors.

This hotel was disgusting! First room had mold all over the bathroom ceiling so we asked for a different room. The new room was worse than the first one. I am shocked as we have never had an issue at a Hampton but this place was horrible!

The bathroom needed up dating. The shower door was almost falling apart. The floor tile was in need of repair around the shower. There was no maid service of any kind on our hotel floor one day. The coffee service was not in the eating area, minor inconvenience. There were fewer food selections than in previous trips. All these added up to cost cutting. We visit family every year and we were overall disappointed.
