"Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to entertainment and beach and town center. Overall experience was very satisfactory. I recommend this as an inexpensive, lovely hotel experience. "

"My second time staying in this unit and I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. The property is well maintained and the unit is clean and comfortable. While I’m on vacation I still have a touch of home by being able to make a meal if I’d like, or hang out on the front patio to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. Will definitely stay here again."

"Gruesome dreadful property which needs gutting .. kitchen cupboard need ripping out and property needs a good update. DO NOT book this apartment .. we stayed only one night then fled…. Pictures do not depict the actual true state of the property and the managers could not care less … saw cockroaches.. cobwebs everywhere.. old broken furniture… spend your money elsewhere "

"This was my second stay at Sea Shell Palms. My first experience in May was very positive, so when I returned to Jamaica, I knew I wanted to stay here again. It is near Ocho Rios. Tower Isle is quiet and Sea Shell Palms offers great value for the cost. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Guests select what they would like for breakfast the day before and it is delivered to your door in the morning- delicious and filling. Everyone at Sea Shell Palms is friendly and the balcony with chairs is a nice place to sit and relax, read, and talk with staff and other guests. In front of the hotel is a plaza with everything I needed- grocery stores, restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, post office, and church. When I was at Sea Shell Palms in May, they were working on putting in a swimming pool. When I returned in November, the pool was ready and I enjoyed swimming laps. So my stay was even better this time."

The 8 Rivers restaurant was also my favorite for dinner and reservations we easy to get! If your looking for that clean, well maintained island feel, then this is definitely your resort!! We also enjoyed the "private nude isle" as a lil get away during the day. There are also several fun tour options within 30 minutes of the resort. The 1.5 hr drive from Mobay airport was also seamless. I do encourage you to join the Couples Romance club for additional free perks. The staff was amazing and eager to assist. This 40th b day trip was a hit!! Thank you Couples Isle Resort!!"
