"Good business and tourist hotel. Well appointed and sized premium room. Quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. A fault with the heating in our room was quickly sorted out. Very good breakfast. Can get other meals in hotel but limited choice. Are local non- touristy cafes. Close to metro Sainz B for quick travel across Madrid. Also buses. Good value: cheaper than more fashionable central areas."

"Hotel was overall very nice, buffet breakfast choice was great and staff were good too. Only negative I experienced was how thin the walls are between rooms ~ I could hear the neighbours talking clearly. ( in bathroom particularly) Wasn't a big deal as was out most of the time but not what you expect from such a hotel. I would recommend staying here."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Boutike Cibeles. The location was perfect for walking to see Retiro Park, the Prado museum, and the San Miguel market. There are also plenty of restaurants near the hotel as well. The master suite was large and spacious and having a kitchen with a washer was also very helpful. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Lovely Boutique Hotel

"I was here just to rest from jetlag. The boys at experience were so kind and let me check in to my room early after a long journey. Breakfast at the lobby cafe was delicious with a spectacular iced latte. I also booked a reflexology treatment and it was 10/10! "
