Overall its an okay place to come for a very short visit. Queen beds are small. The pool railing is falling apart, almost fell. I thought the hot tub was going to burn my skin, couldn’t even sit in it. Some front desk staff look unhappy to be there, I know it’s a job but………Housekeeping and maintenance staff were really nice!

Staff were nice enough, check in process was slow and the first room I was given had not been cleaned after the last guests left. Was quickly given a new clean room. Many things in the halls and room were outdated or in disrepair. Shower handle fell off, curtain rod only half attached and a hazard, lamps not working. I will give credit that it was pretty quiet or at least the fan running all night drowned out any noise so I did have a decent sleep. Also, front desk staff knew very little about the onsite restaurant, cold not let us know if they did or did not do breakfast. I think they are really trying but this property needs a serious over haul. Will not be on my list of places to return to any time soon.

First impression was that the room smelled of smoke as soon as we opened the door. The door was open and the bathroom light and fan was on. The shower had some mildew and was not really "clean". It looked tired and had bad grout attend the shower and wallpaper that was peeking at the ceiling. I'm not first, so no big deal. Or reservation was for 3 people, but there were only 2 towels and no pillows for the pull out couch. We went to use the pool and it was "temporarily out of service".

The hallway carpets were covered in bleach stains. In the room, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the surfaces were dirty and dusty, the light fixtures looked like they were going to fall off the wall at any moment.

The front desk staff is very nice and helping. But the r facilities are really old and not in good management. The gym is old and most equipments are broken. The pool is dirty and the water is not clear. The bathroom is super old and the complimentary shampoos and soap are poor quality. The price doesn’t reflect its quality
