Overall it was a very nice stay. Great experience with friendly staff at the front desk. Excellent location across from the mall for easy access to shopping as well. My room was clean and comfortable. Thank you very much and see you again.

Location is great. Got a call earlier in week to confirm we were coming, then gave us room with one bed not two as we had booked. First said “ well there is a pull out couch” when we went back to lobby, but that wasn’t the point… they then gave us the room beside it, with 2 beds. Why not give it to us upon checkin??

Convenient location across from Upper Canada Mall. This is an older property but remains well maintained. Helpful front desk staff. Buttery restaurant was extra $ but always good food. Eaten there quite a few times over the years just to enjoy a casual, delicious meal. Friendly service.
