Future Inns Cardiff Bay
Staff on reception were very professional and helpful. Only reason not 5 star was the lift was faulty and meant people had to walk up to the first floor to use the lift. The Parkgate Hotel
Hotel and staff were amazing. Couldnt do enough for us . I will go back . Breakfast was stunning lots of it great choice. However at 7.30am the breakfast was cold . Beautiful hotel. I will go back there.
