"We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. "The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Be Place is a gem of a hotel on the outskirts of Trento. We had a wonderful experience staying in this charming hotel. We enjoyed our room, which featured a picturesque view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating. And the breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced, with a selection of incredible pastries and local foods, like cured meats, cheese, and fruit. I can’t wait to come back. "The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. "Piacevole soggiorno di tre notti. La struttura è buona, il personale molto gentile, ampia scelta a colazione e buona qualità del ristorante alla sera. "Great breakfast, and kind people at reception. Use of spa was very expensive so I declined and I had problems in my first room so was moved to another room but then all fine."

"Hotel was very clean, modern and great sized rooms. Great selection of hot and cold foods in breakfast buffet. Only downside was the pool which could only be used by families between 2 and 3.30pm which is no good if you are out skiing. Use of pool in early mornings and up to 6pm in afternoon/evening would be better for families with young children."

"Our stay was delightful, definitely we would come back again. The hotel is amazing, is clean, the breakfast has a lot of options, and if you are travelling early they will prepare your breakfast for take away. The rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing to the mountains. Is a hotel perfect for couples, families, solo travelers. Is close to many places of interest like restaurants , the city center, coffee shops, shops, and the cable car. Easy to find from the train station. Looking forward to come again ☺️"

Great stay in Bolzano

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. We had 2 different room types for 5 adults, one with a lovely big balcony and the other was big enough for 3 adults. The rooms themselves were modern, large and clean. There was enough space in both rooms for all of our luggage and for us to congregate (have a wine and snacks) all together. The bathrooms were also really spacious and clean. Tho r surrounding area was full of shops, restaurants and there was a supermarket one or two shops down from the hotel. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a central base in Bolzano. "

"For an older property, it was well maintained. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. A big shoutout to Shaby, who is the epitome of service. He had great suggestions for places to visit and also made you feel very special. The hotel is convenient to everything. I will definitely stay there again. "
