"Excellent location and very convenient for ski in/ski out. Nice 2 bed room apartment with all the amenities and nice view on the slopes, especially at night. Friendly staff, always there to help. Perhaps the only thing missing is a public bath within the property, "

"A bit outside of the center of Grand Hirafu village but easily walkable. You have to go uphill a bit to get to the resort. The property itself is beautiful. Ideal for 6 or 7 guests (3 couples). Full kitchen but without salt/oil/spices so brine no your own if you plan to cook. Tsubara Tsubara right next door if you want amazing Japanese curry. Staff drive us back to the Chitose bus pickup on checkout. Would stay again if traveling with a small group. "

"The chalet is very spacious, bright, well maintained and fully equipped like a real home. All the utensil and cutlery in the kitchen are in very good condition. The beds are quite comfortable. There is only one thing I was not satisfied is there is no blackout curtains. Only blinds that block view but not light were installed. The sun rises near 4am in summer. I am a light sleeper and I would be awakened whenever the room began to turn brighter and ended up with insufficient sleep."

"Communication with Banff was very good. Room was everything I could have expected, having our own bathroom and bath was a bonus. My only qualm is that the beds were a bit old and that the couch in the room just took up a lot of space when trying to sort out our massive ski bags… overall very happy with the stay!"

The staff were super helpful especially helping us with transit, picking us up at the Hirafu Welcome center, calling cab when we needed, etc. The hotel is just a little out of the super crowded areas. There is the free shuttles but we chose to walk most of the time into the busier restaurant area. "Great ski in ski out location for Niseko Grand Hirafu. So convenient. Easy bus from Sapporo to the hirafu visitor center about a 5 minute walk away also. We loved the private onsen in our room. That turned out to be a highlight. Comfortable beds, clean room. The outside of the hotel looks a little rough. Needs a paint job but everything else was perfect!"

"Midtown Niseko was great. The staff were super helpful especially helping us with transit, picking us up at the Hirafu Welcome center, calling cab when we needed, etc. The hotel is just a little out of the super crowded areas. There is the free shuttles but we chose to walk most of the time into the busier restaurant area. It was about 15-20 mins in the cold and was doable with those shoe spikes (it’s very slick around here! And very hard to cross the road!) but hotel was perfect. Small rooms but really well appointed for staying organized with our tons of snow luggage and gear. Had convenient laundry too. Would def recommend! "

"We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe! "

"Perfect Family Getaway at AYA Niseko ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family of four, including two energetic kids (9 and 6), had an amazing stay at AYA Niseko during the low season. While many places in the surrounding area were closed, we actually loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It gave us a chance to fully enjoy the tranquility of the area and take in the beautiful natural surroundings. We spent a lot of time walking and hiking up the mountains, which was a fun and adventurous way to keep the kids active. After a long day of exploring, relaxing in the hotel’s onsen was just what we needed to unwind. Our room was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern, and with all the comforts we could ask for. It really felt like a luxurious home away from home, which made our stay even more special. AYA Niseko was a perfect base for our family trip, and we would love to come back again!"
