When my flight to Seattle was canceled abruptly, I needed to find a place to stay over night until my rebooked flight. I booked a room here as it was the closest. It turned out that the hotel is actually attached to Terminal 3 so it was easy to leave and immediately check in my luggage for my flight. It’s also near a large number of restaurants and shops at the airport. The room I stayed in was small but very comfortable and more than enough for a single traveler. Check in and out were easy, the staff was friendly and the provided breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods. I would definitely stay here again.

LOVED the views from Hotel Lobby and Restaurant! I could see Fuji-San when I arrived. I enjoyed the Japanese breakfast, too. I loved that I didn't need to go outside the Terminal at all. Extremely convenient and I will be back!

Zero personal service, with checkin and out being via a machine. Just awful. The beds are ROCK HARD and therefore hideously uncomfortable, I barely slept. The only reason I would stay here again is because it is so convenient to the airport departure terminal. But then I would ask for something to be done about the bed, and for a soft pillow too.
