Location was walking distance to Tokyo Station and there is an underground mall that that connects between the station and the Hotel with plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and in the evening they served snacks.

Good location to transportation and great unlimited daily snacks in the afternoon/evenings. Rooms are a little tight as is the norm in Japan and wish they could do early check-ins but otherwise hotel and staff were wonderful

The in-room washer and dryer were a real lifesaver during our stay. And the breakfast and afternoon snacks were a hit with the kids! The staff was super helpful too, they even helped me send my luggage to our hotels in Kyoto and Osaka.

They did all of the little things right which adds up to a wonderful experience. Especially the staff they were Beyond helpful kind thoughtful and wanted to make sure we were well taken care of.
