Great hotel to stay at if you have an early flight to catch the next day. 5 min undercover walk to Terminal 3. Stay at the Premier, not the Grand. Better service and no self-check-in (I do not understand why this is a thing in Japan, computers do not make check-in faster and families needs help with luggage). Would stay at the Premier again.

The staff were very nice & professional. Very convenient to & from Haneda International airport. Room was clean & furniture were well placed. Beautiful hotel with great amenities. The onsen is spectacular! Service was excellent. It was a perfect way to end my stay in Japan. The location is convenient (it is located in terminal 3 at Haneda airport) and easibly accessible. I recommend this hotel for folks who are in the last leg of their journey and leaving out of Haneda.Lots of good shopping and restaurants.

Overpriced. Not worth the stay even it’s a nice hotel. I will not choose this hotel again. They force you to paid extra 280usd for a third person which it’s ridiculous. Never will I go back in future. Ask for late check for an extra hour they will not allow it. The hotel is pretty empty too.
